Department of Statistics

Consulting

The Department of Statistics offers free statistical consulting to the Columbia community including faculty students, other researchers, and alumni.  We help on the design, analysis, and interpretation of studies.  We don't do the analysis for you (and we don't help on homework) but we provide advice and discussion.

Please email consult@stat.columbia.edu to set up an appointment.

The service is offered in cooperation with the Center for the Social Sciences and with the Department of Biostatistics. Consulting at at the Center for the Social Sciences may be arranged by emailing iserp-stats@columbia.edu.Consulting at the Department of Biostatistics may be arranged by calling 212.305.9398. Data advice is also available from Electronic Data Services (EDS).
